Let's Edit The Blacklist Config File:

sudo nano /etc/modprobe.d/raspi-blacklist.conf

Add The Following Lines And Save:

blacklist hci_uart
blacklist btbcm
blacklist btintel
blacklist rfcom
blacklist btqca
blacklist btsdio
blacklist bluetooth

After Reboot The Bluetooth Will Now Be Disabled
