Update The Raspberry Pi 4:

sudo apt update
sudo apt full-upgrade
sudo reboot
-------------------------------
Change "critical" To "stable"
 
sudo nano /etc/default/rpi-eeprom-update
--------------------------------------------------------------
Choose The Latest .bin File By Running The Following Command:

ls /lib/firmware/raspberrypi/bootloader/stable/

sudo rpi-eeprom-update -d -f /lib/firmware/raspberrypi/bootloader/stable/pieeprom-2020-09-03.bin
---------------------------------------------------------------
Now Copy The Image To The SSD Using SD Card Copier:
Click "OK" When Finish And Shutdown Pi And Remove SD Card
